Grünerløkka Town Houses

These five new townhouses are centrally located in Oslo, within a historic area of the city, offering delightful views of the public park across the street. Each housing unit boasts a sheltered entry from the main street and direct access to private outdoor living spaces—whether it’s a garden, balcony, or roof terrace. The building’s architectural expression draws inspiration from the area’s historic design, featuring pitched roofs and an overall small-scale aesthetic. These elements seamlessly blend with contemporary design lines and simple detailing.

The original design of the building was done by Arcasa Arkitekter AS, our role has been the detailing and execution of the project.
