Headquarter Office

The project is an extension of the existing headquarter office of the construction company Askim Entreprenør AS with a new building. The new building spans over two floors and a basement, and is connected with the much smaller original building with a common glass entrance. The new building takes up architectural elements from the existing building such as the design and yellow color of the windows, and adds new elements such as the beautiful brick façade and exposed concrete elements. The shape of the new building is a result of the conditions of the site, with a curved façade towards the main road intersection. The result is interesting ensemble of different shapes and volumes that give a characteristic headquarter office for the construction company.
