Town houses in the Forest

This project comprises eight new townhouses, distributed across two buildings—one with three housing units and the other with five. The latter building features an underground common garage for the entire property. Each house enjoys direct access to a garden facing the South-West, allowing for afternoon and evening sun, and in the rear the houses border to Marka, the nature reserve surrounding Oslo. Additionally, every residence boasts a rooftop terrace with views of the tranquil neighbourhood. The ground floor layout emphasizes openness and a connection to the outdoors, while the upper levels optimize circulation space and offer comfortably sized bedrooms. The facades are executed in treated wood in small dimensions, giving the buildings an elegant texture and relating to the forest surrounding the site.
